The Return of Winter Warmer

It looks like our packaging suppliers have come through for us. We received boxes today and labels are promised for Tuesday. We have beer in the tanks so we can bottle some Winter Warmer as soon as the labels come off the truck. I would say we'll have it out in Fredericton by Wednesday and orders for most of the rest of the province will be filled on Thursday and Friday. We plan to keep the beer on the shelves into March.

Speaking of March, we have the first two batches of Maple Cream conditioning. We like to lager it for about six weeks or so as the flavours meld better given some time. We'll release the first of the Maple Cream on or about March first throughout the province. Cheers, Sean
