Solstice Soap Co. Make Beer Soap!

For a few months now, Matt Maguire from Solstice Soap Co. has been working hard making soaps of all different varieties and mixtures. Matt had the genius idea of mixing together a few of our beers and adding Barley and Hops (for texture and aroma) to come up with some great products!  

The guys and myself at the Brewery had the honour of trying a few of his samples out and all of us were impressed. The first batches he worked on included our Irish Red, Winter Warmer and FeelsGood Pilsner. We loved it so much we decided to delve further into the beer and soap world. Matt is currently working on a summer line of soaps that will include our Dooryard Summer Ale (did someone say citrus?), our MelonHead (speaks for itself!) and The Maple Cream Ale (complete with an infusion of NB's own maple syrup). Not only is a "Different kind of suds" but also only runs for $6/bar.

These Soaps will hit the shelves at the Brewtique shortly. We have partnered up with Andrew Bedford @ Ginger Design http://www.gingerdesign.ca to help us make an environmentally friendly, eye catching package for the Soap.
