
There is nothing better than eating premium cheese at 10:30am on a Saturday morning, the breakfast of champions if you ask me, or was that the beer? what I do know, is that Picaroons and cheese are a great combination. With the help of Phil Belanger from “All you need is Cheese!” and Andrew Estabrooks (our head brewer); 18 people packed into the little Algonquin Tavern and got an earful as well as a mouthful. two hours of wonderful information on the incredible edible paired perfectly with a selection of Picaroons.
In case you are wondering what i’m talking about, Picaroons participated in the festival “Indulge” in St. Andrews last weekend. A food and drink festival highlighting some of Charlotte Counties authentic hospitality. As participants, we hosted a beer and cheese pairing, showed off our brews during their “Wine Trail” at the Kennedy Inn and dressed up for the Saturday night Social at the beautiful ( creepy resemblance to the hotel in “The Shining”?) Algonquin Hotel.

the newlyweds who really, really, REALLY, love Picaroons
sleeping in a king sized bed. Doesn’t matter how you sleep, you’re still on a bed.

Patrons of the Wine Trail stumbling out of the Kennedy Inn. Oops?
