One week after a tightly contested battle, the Picaroons Men's Orthodox Softball team turned to some ice cold Simeon Jones to get the bats rolling and it was just the thing the team needed to avenge an opening day loss and out slug the opposing Red Sox in a 18 - 16 victory. Back in the dugout together, the lethal duo of Irish Red and Best Bitter help the Picaroons Men's Orthodox softball team serve up some stingy pitching and solid defense en route to a 9 - 7 victory over the squad from Canon's Cross. In an odd low scoring tilt between these two friendly rivals, Dubee once again provided a solid effort on the mound while the boys played strong behind him. The team's record is now 4 - 3

The Picaroons Mens softball team took one on the chin Sunday night despite an abundance of Picaroons Irish Red in the cooler. In their first meeting of the season against J & J Renovations the team was uninspired by their first ever game @ Prospect St. park.
The Picaroons team became suspicious as the game progressed that through the sheer number of Home Runs hit by Picaroons opponents that they too had Pics beer in their coolers. They were unable to prove anything…

Bouncing back from an opening week loss, Picaroons Men’s Softball team came out swinging in week 2 to even their season record at 1W - 1L. In the dugout for week 2 was some ice cold Simeon Jones which ironically heated up the bats as the team exploded one 8-run inning, one 6-run inning, two 5-run innings and one 4-run inning.
