"Never thought about the storage aspect - I know Vinart keeps them all in the fridge in-store. Premier has some in the fridge but most out. With no cold storage not hard to tell these guys were set-up primarily for wine, is it? Thanks for the…"

Though I've heard stories and have had samples other people purchased that were a bit high in diacetyl, I've been lucky myself. But yes, I'll certainly let you know if I have any bad bottles from down this way.

Its a nice spot, with people who care, with great exposure for our products. Unfortunately, this kind of beer can die from exposure. Always buy from the fridge if you can. And please let me know if you get something funky. The WInter Warmer at that store should hold up. It was only delivered in December. Cheers, Sean

Bobby: I'm not sure about the whole Vinart and Premier WInes and Spirits thing. We'll likely wait a while before shipping more beer to them. Neither has refrigerated storage and our unpasteurized beers don't hold up well at regular temperatures. Some of the beer on their shelves gets a bit old and doesn't taste the way it should all the time. I'm still considering whether or not to continue to supply stores without refrigerated storage.
