Monthly Beer Night

Scott brought up a good point in his beer discussion that while we all enjoy Picaroons beer, there are also other very good beers out there. In that spirit, is anybody interested in maybe starting a monthly night out at the Garrison Alehouse to try some of the many beer they offer. We could make it interesting and have some people put their impressions of the beer they try into a thread on the forum for others to read.

Hi, I just came across this site.

But, a monthly meet up sounds like an awesome idea.

To bad Garrison is out of the Chocolate Stout and Dogfish. Not that I would have had anything to do with that. :)

A buddy and I were just talking about the same idea yesterday. We used to do this when I lived in Saskatoon at a pub called Winstons. Sounds like a great idea.

I think Garrison is still doing the Friday night beer tastings on twitter .. pretty close to what I was talking about .. just not a good night for me

I know Winston's! I went to University in Saskatoon... Great little pub.
